Disclaimers: For bookings with check-in dates from January 1- July 1 and September 1 - December 31, this property can only accept students. After completing your booking, you will be required to submit a Student ID, Letter of Enrolment, and/or Acceptance Letter, along with basic information for verification via the guest portal. Failure to provide valid student documentation may result in cancellation in line with the cancellation policy. For bookings with check-in dates between July 1- August 31, non-student guests can also be accommodated. A standard government-issued ID will be required for verification purposes. Please note that this property is a student accommodation designed primarily for students. Non-student guests are only accepted during the summer period (July 1 - August 31). If you are unsure about your eligibility or booking dates, please contact the property in advance to confirm availability before reserving. Guests under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated due to building planning permissions. If you arrive with any guest under 18, the property will be unable to complete the check-in and the booking may be cancelled in line with policy.
